Himalayan Salt Crystals Himalayan salt crystals are the Ultimate salt crystals, over 250 million years old; pristine salt from a time when our planet was pure and unpolluted.Himalayan Salt is however pre-pollution and without environmental impact. The body draws the water from cells which make the cells weak and die early. Sea Salt Many people believe sea salt is a healthy alternative to table salt, but this is no longer the case. Our oceans are polluted with toxic nuclear waste, industrial waste such as PCBs Mercury and Dioxins, farm chemical run off which poisons the salt. Most of the sea salt undergoes man-made refining to get it to the packaged consumer stage. Pure Himalayan Crystal Salt When you use Pure Himalayan Salt you get all the benefits from 250,000,000 years of accumulated sunlight and energy. You also get all the natural 84 minerals and trace elements which is in a colloidal form that is easy for your body to use. It takes very little energy for your cells to absorb and assimilate the goodness in the crystals and it happens very rapidly. Most processed or pre-prepared foods are very high in sodium chloride which our bodies don’t need or can use. We then have a tendency to add even more table salt to our food. Where Our Himalayan Crystals Come From Our Himalayan Crystals are hand mined in the northern most region of Pakistan in the Himalayan Mountains from the deepest far reaches of the mine. How It is Mined & Processed The crystals we sell have been mined in the traditional way by hand. The use of dynamite and modern mining practices are forbidden. They are hand sorted and washed in sole before being left in the sun to dry naturally. Any milling of the crystals is done with a ceramic mill to preserve it’s energy. Our Pure Natural Crystals maintain their reddish pinkish color. Sole or Brine Solution Namkeen Pani as described by the locals is prepared by adding several large crystals to spring or distilled water in a glass jar. After several hours you will notice that not all the crystals will have dissolved completely. The sole or brine solution will only ever get as strong as 26% salt, 74 % water. As you use your Sole you may add more water and see the crystals dissolve until it has reached 26%. For Internal Therapy Start with one drop of Sole solution once a day in the morning on a empty stomach in a glass of fresh spring or distilled water (30 min. before eating). During the day drink at least 6-8 more glasses of pure water. You may gradually increase the sole by a drop per day until you reach a teaspoon. If you find 1 drop too strong then try rinsing your mouth for a week then try drinking it again. External Cleansing A sole bath helps rejuvenate and stimulate your skin. Himalayan Salt's healthy minerals penetrate your skin in form of ions. This stimulation will cause natural cell growth in your living cell layers and is beneficial for everyone. For a long time it has been well known that crystal salt bath can be beneficial for skin irritations, joint problems and rheumatism. Use 1/4 cup per bath to start, increase amount as you like. Take a bath for about 15 to 20 minutes, not more than once or twice a week, and do not use any chemical substances. After the bath let your skin air dry. It is also recommended to lie down after a bath for a half an hour. If a bath is too strong for somebody then take a foot-bath instead. Moon Rhythm Bathing Bath on the day of a full moon, when the body is at it’s peak for absorption. The body will absorb the most minerals from your bath.
